The Ranch is a neighbor to National Forest land and at the foot hills of the Rockies with 360 degree views. The ranch offers mature Ponderosa Forests, grasslands, riparian areas, hills and valleys, and monolithic red sandstone anchors throughout the development. Sprinkled throughout are older homestead structures with barns and corrals to support the ranching operations of the past and future.
The design is based on being a part of the land and using predominantly wood with stone accents, repeating non-skinned cedar wood log columns, horizontal massing, vegetated roofs and low profile roofs to work with the land forms.
